A great exercise for your thighs include squats and lunges. To perform a squat, stand with your legs about the width of your shoulders apart. Slowly lower you body, extending your butt backwards, keeping your knees over your toes to prevent injury. Try to keep your back straight. Lower, until your thighs are parallel with the ground. Slowly raise back up. Do this 10 times.
To exercise your butt and legs to get rid of cellulite do lunges. From a standing position, take a large step forward, lowering your body at the same time until the knee of your back leg touches the ground. Return to the standing position. Do 10 lunges.
To exercise and tone your butt, use an exercise ball. Lie on your back with your heals on the top of the exercise ball. Roll the ball toward you with your feet, while raising your butt off the ground. Return to your starting position. Do this 10 times.
To get rid of cellulite, you also need to burn fat from all over your body. Interval cardio exercise is the best way to burn fat quickly and effectively. Studies have proven that intervals will increase the amount of calories and therefore fat burned for a workout over the same period as a traditional low intensity workout.
There are a number of other important requirements to get rid of cellulite from your legs, thighs and butt.
Make sure you don’t eat a lot of fatty food as the fat will go straight to the areas that store fat best, your thighs legs and buttocks.
Drink a lot of water as water helps flush any toxins out of your system before they are stored as fat.
